1. Air Shipping (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.):

   - Shipping Period: 7-12 days (Not free tax shipping; custom charges and VAT not included).

   - Applicable worldwide.

   * Please note that you need to perform custom clearance when it reached your country.

      Consequence of not perform this action will be parcel destroyed.

      Returning fees will be collected if reshipment requested again.

      WE WILL NOT REFUND BACK THE PAYMENT IF YOU FAILED TO DO SO.

 

2. Sea Shipping (UPS, FedEx, DPD, etc.):

   - Shipping Period: 30-35 days (Free tax shipping; no extra charges).

   - Applicable to specific countries (refer to checkout).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs and other factors.

Shipping invoice will be sent via email when it is ready to be shipped.

Customers must pay the shipping invoice within 14 days from the date of issuance or else the shipment will not proceed.

Insurance

Insurance is not included in the shipping fee but can be purchase upon request. Additional fees will be collected.

 

Replacement Service

Replacement service only applicable in 2 weeks after product received. It is only available to our customer provided the replacement parts still available. Compensation will only be provided if replacement parts are not available. Please send your order ID and evidence to us.
