1. Air Shipping (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.):

   - The shipping fee is NOT FREE.

   - Shipping Period: 7-12 days (Might be free tax shipping; custom charges and VAT may not be included).

   - Applicable worldwide.

   * Please note that you need to perform customs clearance when it reaches your country.

      The consequence of not performing this action will be that the parcel will be destroyed.

      Returning fees will be collected if reshipment is requested again.

      WE WILL NOT REFUND THE PAYMENT IF YOU FAILED TO DO SO.

 

2. Sea Shipping (UPS, FedEx, DPD, etc.):

   - The shipping fee is NOT FREE.

   - Shipping Period: 30-35 days (Free tax shipping; custom charges and VAT included).

   - Applicable to specific countries (refer to checkout).

*No Sea Shipping options indicate no sea shipping available.

The shipping invoice will be sent via email when it is ready to be shipped.

Customers must pay the shipping invoice within 14 days from the date of issuance or else the shipment will not proceed.

Insurance

Insurance is not included in the shipping fee but can be purchased upon request. Additional fees will be collected.

 

Replacement Service

Report damage within 14 days with a mandatory, uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the sealed box. This evidence is required for all studio-backed replacement parts or compensation if parts are unavailable. Simply send your Order ID, video, and photos to our support team to begin.
