Cancellation by Customers

• The deposit is strictly non-refundable. 

• Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.  

• For cancellations made after the 24-hour window, only the remaining balance will be refunded.

• Refunds will not be issued for cancellation requests made after the shipping invoice has been sent, especially if the studio has already fulfilled the order.

 

Return of orders

• Returns of delivered items are only accepted within a week of delivery.

• A 30% restocking fee will be applied to any returns & shipping fee will not be refunded.

• Customers are required to pay for the return shipping fees.

 

Eligibility for Full Refund

A full refund will be applicable only under the following scenarios:

• Studio's Problem: If there is a cancellation or quantity issue caused by our studio, customers are eligible for a full refund of the purchase amount.

• The preorder period has closed on the day the order was placed.

 

Changes to the Policy

Our cancellation, return, and refund policy may change without prior notice. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
