Cancellation by Customers

• Once an order is placed, customers are allowed to cancel within 24 hours of purchase without cancellation fees. After this period, a cancellation fees will be collected.

• For cancellation requests made by customers after 24 hours, no refund will be given.

 

Return of orders

• Returning of delivered items are only accepted within a week of delivery.

• Restocking fee of 30% will be applied for any returns & shipping fee will not be refunded.

• Customers are required to pay for the return shipping fees.

 

Eligibility for Full Refund

A full refund will be applicable only under the following scenarios:

• Studio's Problem: In the event of project cancellation or quantity issues from our studio's end, customers will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase amount.

• Shipping Delay: If the item(s) fail to ship after 6 months from the Estimate to Arrive (ETA) month provided at the time of purchase, customers are entitled to a full refund of the purchase amount.

Our cancellation, return & refund policy are subject to change without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
