Pre-order Process

Secure your limited-edition masterpiece before it sells out.

• Step 1: Selection & Payment: Choose your item and select either Deposit (to lock in your limited unit) or Full Payment.

• Step 2: Checkout: Enter your shipping details and complete your payment via our secure checkout.

• Step 3: The Production Phase: Once your order is placed, the studio begins production. Please refer to the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) on the product page.

  • Note on ETAs: Resin production is a craft; release quarters are estimates provided by the studios. While we strive for punctuality, delays may occur. We appreciate your patience as the studio ensures your statue meets the highest quality standards.

• Step 4: Balance & Shipping Invoice: When your statue is ready to ship, we will email you a final invoice for the remaining balance and shipping costs.

• Step 5: Secure Dispatch: Once the final invoice is settled, we prepare your statue—utilizing secure wooden crate packaging—and provide your tracking number immediately.

 

Ready Stock Process

Skip the wait and receive your figures faster.

• Step 1: Full Payment: Ready Stock items require full payment upfront to begin shipping.

• Step 2: Processing: After payment, our logistics team performs a quality check and prepares your item for international transit within 3-5 days.

• Step 3: Shipping Invoice: We will send a separate invoice for the shipping fees once the parcel's final dimensions and weight are confirmed.

• Step 4: Global Delivery: After the shipping invoice is paid, your package is dispatched, and you receive express tracking via email.
