Yu Shou Wu Studio captures an original Summer Festival Komainu character at 1/5 scale and 34cm tall — the anthropomorphic guardian lion-dog (komainu) rendered in full summer festival (matsuri) aesthetic, wearing a traditional fundoshi loincloth as befits a summer festival participant and accompanied by seasonal festival props. Three interchangeable pose accessories, replacement face, festive haori, chili pepper prop, and a full platform scene recreate the atmosphere of a Japanese summer festival with the komainu as its centrepiece.
